Why Prep Is the Most Important Step You're Rushing

Ask any experienced tech what causes lifting and the answer rarely points to the top coat or even the base coat. It almost always traces back to prep, and specifically, to what happens on the nail plate before any product goes on at all.

Natural nails aren't a neutral surface.
